Swafford, Ruth born on September 6, 1921 in Tuscola, TX and passed away on November 3, 2015 in Dallas, TX. Ruth is survived by her family and friends. A little slice of heaven on earth is now an angel in heaven today! We are celebrating the most forever young and amazing wife, mother, grandmother and aunt (not to mention lover of all animals) that has ever lived. If you knew Ruthie, you know there aren’t precious enough words to describe her. I’m not sure it has hit us how life will be without her because she is leaving an indelible footprint in our hearts that can never be duplicated or removed. God outdid Himself when He made Ruthie. And He outdid Himself once again in the way He took her to be with Him, with her family by her side. Service will be held Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
