Sam Lee's Obituary
Sam Lee, 67 years of age, passed peacefully in his sleep in his home in Carrollton, Texas on Tuesday February 20th, 2024.
Sam Lee was born on June 5th, 1956, in Chba Om Pou, a small area near Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He was the only son and the youngest of 4 siblings. Sam married Kim in 1979, and 4 children were born from this union; one son and three daughters. However, one of the daughters passed away when she was one due to health issues.
Sam moved to the United States in 1998. He came to America because he wanted better future for his family. Sam was a kind, humble man. He was a devoted husband and a caring father. He always put his family first.
Sam loved his early morning coffee. He enjoyed gardening and cooking. When time allowed he would also enjoyed his time by listening to Khmer music or by watching Khmer comedy.
Sam Lee is survived by his wife, three children, four grandsons (no granddaughters) and a number of nephews and nieces in Cambodia, Germany, Canada and here in the US.
