Stephen Anthony Escamilla was born on October 5, 1972 in Dallas, Tx and passed away on November 17, 2014 in Dallas, Tx. Stephen graduated from Bryan Adams High School and attended Lon Morris College. His career was in telecommunications with Time Warner Cable. Stephen was married to Roberta Blackmon for 18 years, and gave birth to beautiful son Wesley. He passed away to soon at the age of 42. Stephen is preceded in Death by his brother, Lawerence Escamilla; grandfather, Porfirio Verver; grandmother, Olga Velez; uncle, Edward Verver; and niece, Skye Slaten. Stephen is survived by his wonderful grandmother, Patsy Verver; cherished parents, Alejandro B. & Lillie L. Escamilla Jr.; beloved son, Wesley A. Escamilla; loving brother & sister in law, Alejandro B. & Donna Escamilla & 6 children; Fiance, Windi Lee Lurye and 4 Children; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 6pm-8pm at Restland Funeral Home and a prayer service will be at 7:00. The service for Stephen Escamilla will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11:00am at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Rest peacefully until we are all reunited. You will be missed.
