Tanieca LaQuel McQuinn's Obituary
Tanieca Laquel Mcquinn died January 21, 2016 in Dallas, Texas with her husband Jeff Chapin by her side. She was born Wednesday, February 11, 1981 in Elgin, Illinois to Lesa McQuinn and Charles Whitney. Tanieca was a very beautiful and kind daughter, bringing joy to my life, heart, and soul. She graduated in 2004 in Pennsylvania. Some of her loves in life were her family and friends, talking on the phone, especially to her grandmother, Janet, taking care of her 8 dogs, riding her Harley, fishing, traveling, and playing video games. She was always helping someone in need and watched after her brother, Samuel. Tanieca stayed strong and feisty through a very long and painful illness. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her, especially by her mother Lesa McQuinn. Preceded in death by her father, Charles Whitney and by her Uncle Bill. Tanieca is survived by her husband, Jeff Chapin; her 5 sons, Drake, Trevon, Baby Frankie, Jacob, and Nicholas; mother, Lesa McQuinn; brother, Samuel Span; grandmother, Janet Galvan; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family of Tanieca LaQuel McQuinn wishes to thank everyone for their condolences and kindness. “Tanieca, please have the peace in death you never had in life. Always know how much everyone, especially me, your mother, loved you and will miss you. We love you forever.” A Memorial Service to remember Tanieca will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas.
