Dougal, Thelma was born on June 10, 1921 in Georgetown, Guyana and passed away on October 15, 2013 in Lancaster, Texas. Funeral Services will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at The Word Church, 4501 Matthew Road Grand Prairie, Texas 75052. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at 4:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
