Thomas was born on May 24, 1959 in Dallas,TX. Thomas was a proud son, a smiling brother, a warrior, a surviver, and a champion.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Constance Hatton Blair and John William Blair. He is survived by his bothers, William (Bill) Alexander Blair, Aiden Hatton Blair, and John William Blair, Jr, and by his sister in law Margaret Zafero Blair, and niece and nephew, Jessica and Jonathan Blair.
Thomas loved everyone. His absence is a void that can never be filled.
