We would meet up with Troy when we were out walking our dogs in the neighborhood. Walking might not quite be the right word because we would then stop and talk, sometimes for 30-40 minutes and listen while Troy related hilarious stories from life and work and the dogs would wait patiently for us to continue on. He was a joy and will be missed.
