Van Kim Nguyen's Obituary
Van Thi Kim Nguyen, 76 of Garland, Texas passed away on June 25, 2021. She was born on June 15, 1945, in Vietnam to parents; father, Minh Nguyen and mother, Chinh Nguyen. In 1963, she married Thong Tran in Vietnam. They were blessed with 6 children. She was devoted to her faith and enjoyed spending time in church and praying to Christ Jesus. She had been part of Mother of Perpetual Help since 2017. The greatest joy and is what would bring the biggest smile to her face, was spending time with her family.
Van Thi Kim Nguyen is preceded in death by her mother, Chinh Nguyen; and her father, Minh Nguyen. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Thong Tran; and their children: daughter, Thuy Tran; daughter, Phuong Tran; son, Tuan Tran; son, Hung Tran; daughters, Ngoc Tran and Phuong Tran. Also, to lovingly remember her will be her grandchildren: Cindy Max, Tri Vu, Tan Vu, Duc Tran, Nhi Tran, Armando Tran, Emily Tran, and Michael Tran. She was also blessed with one great grandchildren, Aleck Max.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 9:00am to 6:00pm at Restland Funeral Home, Dallas, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021, at 10:00am at Mother of Perpetual Help, 2121 W. Apollo, Rd, Garland, Texas 75044
