Verna D. Bridges' Obituary
Bridges, Verna Verna was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on March 15, 2009. Verna was born in Dallas, Texas on July 20, 1925. She was preceded in death by her husband, Granville. She is survived by 3 children, Larry, Diane and Patricia, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She also leaves one brother, John Tarno of Arkansas. The Visitation will be Thursday night from 6;30-8:30 at Restland. The burial will be at 10:00 on Friday, March 20 at Restland. There will be a memorial service to honor her life at Lake Highlands Baptist Church at 11:30 after the burial.
