Virgilio Villanueva Sioco was born May 10, 1923 in the Phillipines and passed away February 14, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Sioco. Virgilio is survived by children, Jasmin and husband, Charlie; Jay and wife, Virginia; Juner; Gerald and wife, Anita; and Rowena and husband, Mark; grandchildren, Reiner, Robbie, Katherine, Christopher, Jennifer, Ashley, Justin, and Andrew. A strong and proud man who loved his family and made many sacrifices in the best interest of their success. Karate and fitness were the passions that kept his vitality, which in turn inspired many others. Tough in spirit, he saw the best in everyone and displayed a level of determination unfathomable in today’s generation. He will live within us all, as his words, stories, and successes resonate forever. The visitation for Virgilio Sioco will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, February 20, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Virgilio will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
