Virginia Dean Crumby's Obituary
Virginia Dean Crumby, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025, in Carrollton, Texas, at the age of 87.
Born on March 13, 1938, in Ashdown, Arkansas, Virginia was the cherished daughter of Louise and Frank Mullins. From an early age, she exhibited a quiet strength and a deep compassion that would define her life and touch the hearts of all who knew her.
Virginia was known for her kindness, her loving spirit, and her sharp intellect. She had a gentle way of making others feel seen and heard, and her wisdom was a guiding light to those fortunate enough to seek her counsel. Her warmth and grace were constants in a world that often felt uncertain.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Royal Crumby, and her beloved son, Mark Crumby. Though their absence was deeply felt, Virginia carried their memory with quiet dignity and enduring love.
Virginia leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience in her surviving family: her daughter, Linda; her son, Stephen; and her sister, Carylon Armstreet and husband Larry. Their lives are a testament to the values she held dear—family, faith, and compassion.
Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May she rest in peace, reunited with those she loved, and remembered always for the beauty she brought into the world.
