Virginia Mary Rogan's Obituary
Virginia Mary Rogan passed away on March 4, 2019 at the age of 87 in Mesquite, Texas. Virginia was proceeded in death by her loving husband Robert Joseph Rogan, and her parents Henry Francis Lewis Krewer and Virginia Mary Krewer.Virginia Mary Rogan survived by her 5 children, Mary Hubert, Ann Hamza, Kathy Hartman, Robert Rogan, Henry Rogan and her 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.Virginia was a devout Catholic and a founding member of her beloved St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, TX. Often, Virginia would attend daily masses with her dearest friends and fellow Carmelites before taking ill in 2013. She truly cherished the time and prayers she shared with her friends at St. Joseph’s Church. With a big heart, she often devoted not only her prayers but her time and money to support many Catholic Charities. Her larger than life personality and special humor filled our lives with joy. You never really knew what Virginia was going to say, but she somehow always knew when to drop the funniest one liner in a conversation to make you laugh and feel good about yourself and life.More than her larger than life personality, words can’t describe the love she had for her family. Not only taking an active role in her 5 children’s lives, she continued this active roll with all her 10 grandchildren. From a birthday to a christening to a graduation, Virginia was there with her card, a smile, words of wisdom and love to encourage her family to be the best they could be and always cherish the time spent with family. We will always love and cherish her. She will be greatly missed.Funeral Service will be held March 11, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 10:30 AM
