Vy Dien Phuong was born in Saigon, Vietnam to Minh T. Phuong and Chau Quan on July 9, 1955. He passed from this world on November 27, 2015 in Frisco, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Lisa H. Nguyen and numerous family and friends who loved him dearly. Open visitation will take place on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will take place at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
