Cook and wife Donna of Whitney, TX; grandchildren, Nathan Brown and wife Tara, Melissa Rishel and husband Bruce, Joel Cook and wife Heidi, Brad Cook and wife Jessica, Robert Kilmer, Sarah Albright and husband Danny, Lance Corporal Stephen Cook and wife Amy, and Emily Cook; great-grandchildren Asa Rishel, Cy Rishel, Clara Cook, Dawson Cook, Aden Albright, Saul Cook and Griffith Brown.
