Was born March 21, 1921 in Fredrick, OK and passed away on April 11, 2008 in Plano, Tx. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Juanita. He is also survived by his daughters, Lo Etta Millet and husband Bill, Carla Burkhalter; sons, Jimmy Ethridge and wife Susan, Stanley Etheridge; brother, Grady Etheridge; sister, Jeanette Harris; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Memorials maybe made to the Union Gospel Mission of Dallas, 3211 Irving Blvd. Dallas, TX 75247.
