William Kenneth Capps' Obituary
William Kenneth Capps Beloved Son William Kenneth Capps, 59 of Plano, Texas went to be with his Lord, at 12:06 A.M. December 18, 2016 after a long struggle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family at Heritage Manor in Plano Texas. He was born in Henderson, TX March 25, 1957 to Jo Whitehead Capps and William Homer Capps (deceased). He spent many years and was well known in the environmental industry with honors in EHS, CIHM and IH working in the U.S. and abroad. His sense of humor brightened many lives. He is survived by Sally Baty Capps, his spouse; Kenneth Daniel Capps, beloved son; Whitney Denise Capps, loving daughter; Justin Michael Capps, loving son; and stepson , Bryan Austin a loving sister, Pamela Jean Baker; and a devoted brother, Scott Anthony Capps; his loving Mother, Jo Capps Pankratz;and very loving stepfather, Glen Lorin Pankratz. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends. Services are to be held at 12:30 P.M. on Thursday, December 22, 2016 in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Dallas, Texas and burial will follow in the Garden of The Missions beside his deceased and devoted father. The family expresses their thanks and appreciation for the love, prayers, and acts of kindness during this time. Our thanks, also, go to the staff of Heritage Manor for the care given to Ken. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
