William Frederick Hausman's Obituary
HAUSMAN, WILLIAM FREDERICK was born November 28, 1929 in Dallas, Texas and passed away June 17, 2012 in Wylie, Texas. He was survived in death by his daughter Cathy Lorenz, son-in-law Steve Lorenz, son Charles Hausman, daughter-in-law Christine Hausman, and four grandchildren Jason Lorenz, Matt Lorenz, Shea Hausman and Courtney Hausman. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Colleen Hausman and son Blake Hausman. Bill served his country in the Air Force. He had a long career and retired from Rockwell International. He proudly served as a Boy Scout Leader and was known as “Coach Hausman” to many youth football and baseball players. He also served on the City of Garland Planning and Zoning Commission. Bill attended First United Methodist Church in Garland. In lieu of flowers, he requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 12:30 pm at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX. Pastor Ray Lanham officiating.
