Willie Ray Harris' Obituary
Willie Ray Harris, 76, was born to parents, F.H. Harris and Solesta Davis on September 6, 1941 in Collin County, Texas. He passed away on November 19, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. He married the love his life, Izora Harris on January 7, 1971, in Dallas, Texas. He served as a sharpshooter in the army during his tour from 1966 to 1968. He leaves his daughters, Andrea and her husband, Frank Washington of Mesquite, Texas and Latonya Harris of Richardson to cherish his memory; sisters, Georgia Harris Booker of Austin, Texas, Louise Davis of Austin, Texas, Queen Ester Eldridge of Berkley, California, and Edna Harris, of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Larry Harris of Austin,Texas, Jessie Lee Davis of Austin, Texas and Jody Drake of California. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Frank James Harris and Cal Holloway. A graveside service for Mr. Harris will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, November 25, 2017, in the Court of Good Shepherd Garden at Restland Memorial Park located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75243. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.
