The cemetery grounds are beautiful. We had not visited in years and noticed a lot of improvements. When surrounded by such a beautiful space it makes visiting so much more peaceful. Thank you Restland for honoring our loved ones and remembering the families who come to visit.

Tracy and Gali were both a joy to work with. While Tracy was put in a difficult position to handle our services at the last minute, she was a professional and did a fantastic job. The service was exactly the way we wanted it. Gali was very kind and handled herself in a professional manner as well and was a dream to work with as well.

“We would like to begin by expressing our sincere gratitude to the entire Restland staff who supported our family in planning and during the service. We are especially thankful for the “angel on earth” that is Jas’Nique Van Auwelaer, whose care and compassion meant so much to us during such a difficult time. Receiving the devastating news of my youngest brother’s passing in Dallas, Texas was overwhelming. With most of our family located in Michigan, the thought of traveling and coordinating arrangements from afar felt daunting. Thankfully, a close family friend referred us to Restland. From our very first call, we knew we were in good hands. The Restland team arranged an on-site meeting and patiently walked us through every detail, guiding us through a process that was entirely new to us. We had the privilege of working with Jas’Nique Van Auwelaer, Funeral Director, who took the time to carefully explain all of our options with empathy, kindness, and genuine understanding. Jas’Nique is truly exceptional—compassionate, thoughtful, and deeply caring. Jas’Nique, along with James (whose last name we unfortunately did not catch), supported us not only in the planning but also throughout the service itself. Their grace, attentiveness, and kindness made us feel truly cared for, and they were always there to provide anything we needed. Thank you to everyone at Restland for helping us honor and say goodbye to our brother with such dignity and care. ”

“Our experience with Restland's staff has always been top-notch. My parents had taken care of many things pre-need, but when my Mom passed we still had decisions to make. George Powell was our director and he did such a fantastic job. From the initial meeting, choosing flowers, program and such, to the final step of burial, working with George was a pleasure. He is professional, compassionate, patient and kind. As he worked with us, he began to see our vision for who my Mom was, and truly executed everything flawlessly. On the day of the funeral, George and his assistants worked together to make everything run smoothly. I was the first person to go in the chapel and view my Mom. George stood with me and supported me, through my tears, as I had my personal moment of goodbye. He knows the business well. You can count on him to walk you through every step of the way. ”

“What an excellent experience from start to finish. Mr Mike Tisdale started our journey with Restland with my father and I sitting down and planning. Ms Alanna Navin was excellent in her assistance and guidance after my father had passed. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and quickly. They both made the experience an excellent one; one that will bring fond memories of my father and the funeral he deserved. I recommend highly Restland for your families needs. “Addison Barnum/Family Service Advisor at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas Tx is excellent to work with. Mr. Barnum is very detailed in researching all aspects of our needs. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for due to his extensive research. We are currently working on (2) sets of family needs and Mr. Barnum is able to give us all information needed in a very timely manner. I appreciate having top notch customer service. Restland Funeral Home is very respectful of the family in all areas. The Restland Funeral Home grounds are beautiful, and the Mausoleums are well kept, clean and also beautiful.
