Agnes Hazel Hawkins' Obituary
HAWKINS, AGNES HAZEL CHRISTIAN passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012. Agnes was born in Groesbeck, Texas on August 13, 1925 as the youngest of twelve children to James and Zora Christian. Agnes graduated from Fairoaks High School as Salutatorian in 1942 and then went to Southern Methodist University. She was actively involved in The Dallas Women’s Forum and was proud to be past President of Templar Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Hawkins; and daughter, Sherry Broyles. Agnes is survived by her son, Tony Hawkins and his wife, Angie; grandchildren, David Broyles and his wife, Tiffany, and Michael and Hillary Hawkins. Family and friends are invited to Restland Funeral Home for visitation on Tuesday October 23rd from 6-8 pm and Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, October 24th at 3:00 pm at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
