Mr Alan Booker Danner's Obituary
DANNER, ALAN BOOKER, was born on May 16, 1958 in Toledo, Ohio, the son of proud parents Booker and Carlene Danner. He attended Ryder and Mount Vernon Elementary Schools and was a student at Mc Tigue Junior High. He graduated from Rogers High School in 1974. Alan attended Boston University where he majored in Computer Science and played football. After he graduated, he worked for Hammermill Paper Company in Erie, Pennsylvania and transferred to Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Alan would spend the majority of his career, over 20 years, working for Kimberly Clark in Neenah, Wisconsin and later in Irving, Texas. It was in Wisconsin, he met Jean Wisnoski whom he would marry in 1990. One beautiful child, Carly Allison Danner, was born in 1993 from this union. Alan enjoyed playing golf, watching movies and good times with friends. Alan Booker Danner departed this world on April 17, 2008. He leaves behind a sister, Carla Danner-Powell, brother-in-law, Gerald Powell, a daughter, Carly Allison Danner, a step-sister, Kristee Wade, an uncle, Richard McCown, cousins, Christopher, Suzanne, Corey and Riley Smith, Michael McCown, Cynthia Porter, Elizabeth Fruge, former wife Jean Danner and a host of other friends and relatives. Service will be at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
