HURST, ALAN DALE, SR. Born January 20th, 1936 in Muleshoe, TX and passed away January 18th, 2012 in Garland, TX. Preceded in death by his mother Ila Hurst of Clovis, NM. Survived by his wife Mary Ellen Hurst of Garland; sons, Alan Hurst, Jr. and wife Betzabe of Plano, Scott Hurst of Mesquite; daughters, Robin Kirby of The Colony, and Shelley Montana of Irving; brother, Steve and Jan Hurst of Hurst; sisters, Judy Warren of Tennessee and Caroline Landolfi of Rhode Island; ten grandsons and granddaughters along with numerous great grandchildren. Service will be held at 10AM on January 23rd, at Dallas Central Church of the Nazarene, 7979 East R.L. Thornton Frwy, Dallas, TX 75228 with visitation from 9-10am at the church.
