Gene; you left us way to soon, but you left us with nothing but good examples: your dedication to family and work, your cheerful willingness to look for the good and the possible in the difficulties and challenges that come to every life. Having spent a good deal of time with Gene at the office when he was working on his CPA (which,by the way, he passed on first go round which is hardly ever done,) he had a great smile and a ready wit; I saw Gene last in Montana at Steven’s college graduation. He came over saying, you’re just as pretty as ever! The smile was there and so was the Wit! He was very proud of Steven here and also of Jason’s venture into real estate. Read John 14:1-4
Gene’s whole being was dedicated to his sons and his role as their father. His loss will be impossible to fill but his life carries on in his boys. He taught them determination and dedication to a goal, a gift that is precious.
Gene was a great man, and will really be missed!
