My thoughts and prayers are with Alec’s family. He was part of our Texas Oncology family and we all loved and respected him. He will be missed.
Alec will be greatly missed. He was a joy to work with. I will miss our comical conversations.
Love you my friend. Met you because of work, bonded because of our individual cancer journeys. You are always foremost in my mind when I make caramel corn, one of your favorite treats. You’re one of those people that make me feel blessed to have known you as well as inspiring me to be my best self. I will forever have you in my heart.
I knew Alec through Christine and Aaron, but when I started working at Texas Oncology a couple of years ago I remember some coworkers talking about a guy's Facebook post about a super fancy restaurant that he went to.... come to find out it was Alec that they were talking about. Eventually we had an all out conversation about how awesome he is. It's a small world, especially when you work in oncology, but the most unique thing I remember about that conversation was not one person disagreed how laid back and humble of a person he was. There had to of been 5-10 people that filtered in and out while we were talking about him and each person that joined the conversation had nothing but nice words to say about him. That's rare, but speaks volumes of who he was as a person. Sending my condolences to his loved ones. You will be missed by so many people.
I am thankful that I had the pleasure of meeting you and working with you during my traveling days with Texas Oncology. I playfully called you “Baby Boy” because we had the same birthday, but not the same year. Your work ethic was always impeccable and consistent. You were always super cool and up for a challenge. I will miss you Alec, your smile and your laugh! To my “brotha from another motha”, I will always love you like a little brother and miss like a forever friend! Blessing to you and your family.

Alec was a great technician, but more than that he was so giving, supporting, helpful, positive and always had a smile on his face. He was a joy to work with and will be greatly missed!
