Alfred Donald Davis' Obituary
DAVIS, ALFRED DONALD born June 25, 1933 in Thornton, TX and went home to the Lord on September 11, 2012 in Richardson, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife Wanda on July 19, 2009. Don was a Korean War Veteran, and a retired letter carrier for the US Postal Service. He was a longtime member of Centerville Rd Church of Christ. He loved people, and especially all the members of his blended family. He is survived by daughters, Vickie Lee and husband, James, Janice Dodd, Kathy Johnson; grandchildren, Shannon Mathis and husband, Jesse, Keri Dodd, Lynette Confer, Michael Lawrence, Matthew Lawrence, Mitchell Lee, Michelle Lockamy, Damon Lee; many great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Potter; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, September 14, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM in Restland Memorial Chapel.
