KLOPP, ALFRED F. born December 6, 1936 in Fritztown, Pennsylvania, and went to be with the Lord on February 2, 2007 in Garland, Texas. He loved to laugh and could make others laugh as well. He retired from the Sheriffs Department where once he helped to fingerprint and book John Wiley Price. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Dolores Klopp.
