Alice McBee Carter's Obituary
CARTER, ALICE MCBEE was born to John and Bennie McBee in Dallas, Texas on April 4, 1921. She was preceded in death by William G. Carter, her dear and loving husband of 63 years, and by her sisters, Jane Little and Evelyn Waters. She is survived by son, W. Michael Carter and wife, Lynette; son, John R. Carter and wife, Gloria; seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. In addition to a successful career with the Civil Service, she filled her joyful life with family, church, fishing, gardening, and travel. Family will receive friends on June 9, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home, with services following immediately at 3:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
