Alicia Vasquez, the beloved wife of the late Raymundo Vasquez, passed away peacefully on 08/18/18. She leaves behind 2 sisters: Elodia Trevino and Areopaja Flores.Alicia birthed 3 daughters and one son: Gilda Marquez, Gracie Vilson, Gladys Vasquez, and Ray (Sonny) H. Vasquez. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Paul Aaron Molina, Sarah Anne Molina, David Issac Molina, Daniel Ray Molina and Jacob Vasquez Vilson. Her 2 great grandaughters: Cara Molina and Selah Molina were the joy of her life these last few years.She was a hard working women all her life and had a highly successful beauty salon in San Juan, Texas for over 20 years. She and Raymundo moved to Dallas in 1973 with their children and she continued working as a beauty school instructor for several years before working for DallasISD.Alicia was a gracious hostess to all who came to her home and she was loved greatly by all of them. Mathias, a beloved friend from Germany, called Alicia fondly ” The Queen of Texas”.She treasured God, her family, and friends. The family will continue her legacy of enjoying the company of loved ones and friends by inviting you to “Alicia’s Celebration of Life” gathering at 4811 Hovenkamp Drive, Dallas, Tx 75227. Day: Friday, August, 24, 2018.
