I was blessed to be the young man growing up next door to Allen when he was tinkering in his retirement years, I was always under his feet you could say. He showed me nothing but love, guidance, patience and was like a father to me, I can't say enough.. He will always be remembered fondly. Love to Ms. Betty, his family & friends. - SAM

Allen was like a wise Uncle to me. I will truly miss him. He most definitely my Masonic Brother. I had the honor of serving with his son in Europe with the United States Army. My deepest Condolences to Betty and the Thompson family. I will miss our phone conversations Allen and would talk for hour or two at time. A very intellgent man.
Allen and family: I had the honor of sharing time with Allen. We had a heck of at time together. Allen will always be a part of my life. Allen gave me fun times and mostly we were partners, we shared hard times together. There wasn't anything in our families we didn't share. Allen will always be in my heart forever and always.
