Alma June Brown, age 88, of Garland, Texas passed away peacefully on February 8, 2020 in Sachse, Texas after a battle with Alzheimer's.
Alma June Brown was born on June 13, 1931 in Royal Oak Township, MI. to the parentage of: Albert John Charbeneau and Lillian Anna Adams. She married Mr. John M. Brown in Dallas, Texas on January 27, 1962. Alma was a pattern designer at a dress company, a line operator for Texas Instruments and an Inventory Controller for Lieberman's. She served in various positions in the Parent Teacher Association and an active elder at Southminster Presbyterian Church.
Alma was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters: Betty, Leona, Marge, Donna and Lillian.
She is survived by her husband, John M. Brown of Garland, TX; daughters: Deborah Dunn (Eric) of Merida, Mexico, Dana Gross (Steven) of Avondale, AZ and Laurie Reavis (David) of Richardson, TX; son, Michael McFarlane (Gigi) of Carribean Islands; sisters: Elaine Utter of Bay City, MI., Thelma Schoen of Trent, MI., Shirley Irwin of Campbell, TX and Jeri Hatcher of Little Elm, TX; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.
