Ms. Alta Lee Smith's Obituary
Born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on April 27, 1913 and passed away in Plano, Texas on August, 22, 2007. Alta loved her family and her church, Park Cities Baptist, and the Morrine George Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, and her son, Bill. She is survived by her daughter, Pat Beachum and son-in-law, David Beachum; 2 granddaughters, Carol Kannesta of South Carolina, and Jan Shannon of Houston, Texas; 2 grandsons, Jerry Beachum of Plano, Texas, and Steve Smith of Austin, Texas; 4 great-grandsons; 4 great-granddaughters; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law. We appreciate all of her caretakers at Heritage Manor in Plano, Texas.
