FARRELL, ALVIN CORTLY born August 1, 1928 in Dallas, TX and passed away May 21, 2014. Survived by sons, Clinton Alvin and David Charles Farrell and wife, Naomi; grandsons, Aaron and Timothy Farrell; granddaughter, Heather Morris; sister, Shirley Brown and husband, James Fawks; and nephew, Robert Paul Fick. Preceded in death by wife, Earline Farrell; parents, A. and Amy (Henderson) Farrell; and brother, Thomas Dennis Farrell. Alvin had retired from American General Ins. Co. as their superintendent of maintenance to care for his wife who suffered from Alzheimers’. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm, Friday, May 23, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park, Garden of The Holy Trinity.
