Amancia "Amy" Ponce's Obituary
Amancia “Amy” Romo Ponce passed away on April 1, 2010 at the age of 83 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Ponce. She is survived by son David Fernandez and wife Maria, daughters Carol Potter and Alicia Ponce, sisters Celia Beltran, Dora Duran and Becky Romo, niece Mary Padilla, grandchildren Lisa and husband Troy Pearson, Vanessa and husband Dave Leemings, Alanna Potter and great grandchildren Sarah and Sam Pearson in addition to many other nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and other family members. Among the pallbearers will be Troy Pearson, John Potter, George Romo, Jr., Gabriel and Luther Romo. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 5, 2010 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
