Mommy lives in my heart.
Dear Gracie and family, my thoughts and prayers to you all. The last time I was with you and your mom was your wedding, Grace, a happier day. In meeting your mom and now reading about her, it's clear where you and your siblings – the ones I've had the privilege to meet – inherited the grace, joy and fun. I know you'll miss her. God's peace to you, your dad, and family. Jean, George, George and Karl
Dear Cajiuat family, My heart goes out your family. I loved and adored Amy. She was such a wonderful role model and mentor. She immediately reached out to us when we started attending BUMC about a year ago. Initially I was shocked to learn of her illness because she was always so full of life, you would never think she was not feeling well. Whenever I needed a mental hug I knew to head her way. She had such a positive and strong spirit that immediately upon seeing her I was cured of everything. Amy left us with many tasks for UMW; Breakfast at Buckingham, pursuing a grant for the Breakfast, a foundation called "Agape's Hands" that Amy named just to name a few, plus we want to start a community garden behind the church that will donate the majority of its fruits to Amy's food pantry. I know we will tackle and accomplish all these because it was so important to her and none of us would ever let her down. She has left a wonderful legacy but, oh, how we are going to miss her! However, I do know I have an angel looking over my should any time I need her positive and strong spirit to guide me and give me that extra push to tackle the tasks at hand. Love, Mary VanPelt
May each treasured memory of your mother bring you comfort and peace.
Pastor Ding & Family, We thank God for you all for sharing with us a woman who loved and cared for us when we were away from home. We will always remember a woman so creative, loving, caring and always willing to help. We thank God for her life that touched so many lives in many ways. A mother, a friend, a co-worker,and a teacher. All praises and glory to God for her life!
Rev. Isaias Alvaran Jr. at pamilya
Auntie Amy is an inspiration to us all. Wishing the family whatever brings comfort and peace. Wishing the family great feelings of love and respect today, and everyday, as we remember and celebrate auntie's life. with lots of loving prayers
Rev. Cajiuat and wonderful children and grandchildren that Amy was so proud of, I had the pleasure of working with Amy as a nephrology social worker in Dallas. The hope she shared with hundreds of patients and families inspired many social workers to work harder, provide more dignity to those who we served and to do it all with a smile and, of course, a song. No matter what the meeting, Amy would always lead us in a song. I can only imagine how joyful she is to have joined the heavenly choirs, but because of her joyful nature, I know your loss is great. I have wonderful memories of Amy. May God bless you abundantly in the days ahead. Mary Beth Callahan
I was blessed by the many times I saw Amy at United Methodist Women events and felt God's love shining through her.
Pastor Cajuiat and family – We are so saddened to hear about Ate Amy and would like to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
