Andrea Kaye Freidberg's Obituary
Andrea Kaye Freidberg, 56, of Plano, TX, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026, in Richardson, Texas.
Born on September 11, 1969, in Bartlesville, OK, Andrea was known for her vibrant spirit & kind heart as evidenced by her many friends. People remember her for her boisterous laugh and great sense of humor, her generous nature, and the way she sacrificially gave of herself, going above and beyond in all areas of her life. Andrea loved Jesus Christ and looked forward to a life lived with Him in Heaven.
Throughout her career, Andrea’s dedication and hard work were evident in everything she did, matched only by the kindness she showed to her coworkers and customers.
Being with family was most important to her. Watching her family grow was the ultimate joy for her- especially with the cherished birth of her first grandchild, Leia- the “sunshine” of her life.
Andrea’s legacy of love and strength lives on through those she leaves behind. She is survived by her husband, Henry Iglesia; father, Ben Freidberg; her two sons, Andrew Gonzalez (wife, Hannah) and Sterling Brown (husband, Nick); sister, Deanna Thompson; and her beloved granddaughter, Leia Gonzalez. Along with these are a host of other family members and dear friends who will miss her presence daily.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Candioto; her maternal grandparents, Charles and Anna Keith; and her paternal grandparents, Nick and Xena Freidberg.
