Andrew Jay Graham was born on December 01, 1953 in Boston, MA and passed away on February 10, 2015 in Dallas, TX. Andrew is preceded in death by his parents, Jay Graham Jr. and Christina Mary Graham. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Graham; daughter, Tara Miller and husband, Craig Miller; step-son, Casey Casstevens; and mother-in-law, Dolores Tucker. The memorial service for Andrew Graham will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at 2:30pm at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Humane Society, or Disabled Veterans.
