He celebrated 79 years on this Earth.Andrew Davis Haley was born on June 10, 1939 in South Fulton, Tennessee to his parents: Marion Cornelius and Willie Mae (Conner) Haley. He married Clema T. Williams in Chicago, Illinois and they had 4 children. Andrew worked for the United States Postal Service as a courier in Chicago, Illinois for 30 + years.Andrew Davis Haley was preceded in death by his wife, Clema Haley; brother, Marion Haley; sisters: Kathleen Haley and Janie Haley; parents: Marion C. Haley and Willie Mae Conner Haley and grandson, Alex Haley. Those left to cherish the memory of Andrew Haley include his children: Myron A. Haley of Pineville, North Carolina; Andre D. Haley (Mimi) of Cypress, Texas; Marion A. Haley (Vanessa) of Denver, Colorado and China T. Haley (Paul Curtis) of Plano, Texas; brothers: Frankie Stunson and Willie Stunson, both of Fulton, Kentucky; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.
