Angelica Moradel's Obituary
Angelica “Mimi” Moradel, 88 years of age, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 5, 2015. Angelica was born Thursday, September 16, 1926 in Guaimaca, Honduras to the late Gretrudes Viera and Mr. Moradel. She was the youngest of nine children, all who preceded her in death. Angelica came to the US in 1964 and became a US citizen on January 19, 1990. Angelica loved to read her bible every day and take care of her family. She started every morning with a cup of coffee and her puzzle. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She shared in every milestone in their lives, from traveling the United States to sailing the open seas. Angelica leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughters, Anna Marshall (Seattle, WA), Brenda and Ricky Wilson (Garland, TX); granddaughter: Helen Myers (Dallas, TX); grandsons: Demond Wilson (Hattiesburg, MS), Jason and Michelle Marshall (Atlanta, GA), Derrell Myers, Jr. (Dallas, TX), Jeremy and Keren Marshall (Plano, TX), Jermaine and Monique Wilson (Lewisville, TX) six great-grandchildren: Cameron, Alexus, James, Victoria, Kirsten and David. Other family: Derrell Myers, Sr., Thomas Marshall, Charetha Walker, Gwen Wilson and Solita Achomuma and a host of family and friends. The visitation for Angelica Moradel will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, March 13, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Angelica will be on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 The family has decided to lay Mimi in Paradise at Whispering Waters Mausoleum.
