Cynthia, Deepest sympathies at this sad time. Your Mother was a special person as you well know. She helped me in many ways and I will never forget her kindness and helpfulness. May God comfort the family of Angie Runnels at this time of great loss. It was a privilege to have worked with her during her tenure at St. Philip's College. Rarely does someone in her position of leadership so clearlly exhibit the traits of humility, grace and wisdom as she did in her everyday work. Yet, she did so with apparent ease and an unassuming manner, and those who fortunate enough to have spent time with her are better for it. May she now rest in peace free from the burdens of this world.

Cynthia, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am so sorry for the loss of your dearly beloved Mother. Dr. Runnels was a first class lady and a great college president. St. Philip's College has not experienced the same kind of enrollment since your Mother left. We truly miss her and her wonderful leadership. My thoughts and prayers will always be with you especially on Aug. 29th & Sept. 7th. May the Good Lord send you comfort and peace and may He always keep you in the hollow of His hands.

Dear Cynthia, I am grieved to learn of your Mother's passing. She was a dear lady and trustworthy friend. One of my fondest memories of her is her ability to tell stories. She always made me laugh and had a special talent for making people feel good. I have missed her since she left North Lake College and I will continue to miss her. But I feel her presence and her influence on my life. She will never be forgotten.

Dear Family of Angie Runnels, Please accept my sincere condolences at the passing of your dear mother, sister, and daughter. Angie was a wonderful educator, supervisor, college president, and friend. She was an outstanding dean when she worked at Richland College. She was always willing to do the right thing, even if it involved some inconvenience to her.
