Anisteen "Tina" Marshall's Obituary
Anisteen Cohea Marshall, known to family and friends as Tina, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at the age of 87. She was born August 1, 1931 to William Coleman and Eugenia Powell Cohea. Tina was raised on a farm in Grenada County, MS and attended Big Creek High School until 1946. After the death of her father, the family moved to Memphis, TN where Tina met and married her first husband, George, C. DeLacy in 1952 and moved to Dallas, TX.She is survived by: Daughter – Patricia Ann DeLacy Stewart from Carrollton, TX, Grandson – Bradley Doyle Stewart from Carrollton, TX, Daughter – Deborah Lynn DeLacy Granger from Grapevine, TX, Grand Daughter – Tiffani Lynn Granger Steele and her husband Josh Steele from Gaston, SC, Great Grandson – Paxton Avery Steele – from Gaston, SCTina was a remarkable woman who loved God, her church, family and friends. She loved life!!She was a Mom, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Grandma and the best friend anyone could be blessed to have in their lifetime. It did not matter how tired or how sick she was, Tina was always willing and able to do for others whatever they needed. You would never hear her complain. She was always there to listen or lend a shoulder to cry on whenever it was needed.Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Parkway Hills Baptist Church, 2700 Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX 75093. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral service at Restland Memorial Park.WE WILL MISS YOU –“Now in God’s Hands, Forever In Our Hearts”
