Ann Lindquist's Obituary
Lindquist, Ann daughter of Edward and Helen Brucher, was born January 31, 1932 in Waterloo, Iowa and died January 10, 2013 after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Frank Lindquist, his son Peter Lindquist, and her four children: William Knight, Thomas Knight and wife Donna, John Knight and wife Denise, Peggy Eubank; and grandchildren: Andrew, James, Julianne, and Madison. Ann grew up in Iowa and Minnesota and attended high school in Manila, Philippines and Tokyo, Japan where her father, Colonel Brucher, was with the Far East Command. She attended the University of Northern Iowa and in 1953 married Robert Knight, who preceded her in death. In 1974, Ann moved to Dallas where she met and married James Milvenan in 1982 and was widowed in 1993. Ann is survived by his 3 children: James Scot Milvenan and wife Eileen, Bonnie DePasse and husband John, Richard Duncan Milvenan and wife Desmond; and grandchildren Katie, Erin, Ryan, Mason, Alex, Duncan, Kendall, and Ross. Ann was very proud of all her children and grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 brothers: Mike, James, and John Brucher, and many friends. Ann enjoyed taking college courses, was a real estate broker, a member of Dallas Junior League, Northwood Women’s Club, Northwood Republican Women’s Club, and All Saints Catholic Church. Although a woman of varied interests, it was her love of God, family, and friends that gave her life meaning. Memorial services for Ann will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, Texas, at 2:00 pm, followed by a burial service at Restland Cemetery. Family will then receive friends at 5827 Windmier Lane, Dallas, Texas.
