Anne- Marie Amerada Ayeni's Obituary
Anne-Marie Amerada Ayeni, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who died unexpectedly in her home on August 27, 2022 at the age of 63 in Dallas, Texas.
Anne is survived by her husband, Davisson Awande Ayeni; Her children, Mrs. Nora T. Ayeni-Oke, Mr. Ayodele Ayeni, Mr. Tokumbo Ayeni, and Mrs. Zena Ayoola; her grandchildren, Noah, Aziyah, Trinity-Olivia, Temiloluwa, and Maryam;
Sons-In-Law, Hammed A. Oke and Kehinde Ayoola.
She was born in Jos, Nigeria on February 24, 1959 to Crokene Adam and Beatrice Aishiatu Menta. Eloped at the age of 19 to marry the love of her life to start a family. She immigrated to the U.S. in 1978 and attended Texas Women's ’s University in Denton, Texas. Graduated on the Dean’s list with a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and Speech Communications in 1982.
Anne was a fierce, confident God-fearing woman who always put other’s needs before her own. She looked for God given opportunities to serve him by serving others. Anne was a vessel that carried God‘s presence, encouragement and assistance to others. Everything she did, she did to the glory of God. She would say, “As long as I am alive and able, I must do it and without complaint. I must do it as my part of the Lord’s work. I do not do it for man but for God alone as his kingdom worker. “
She will be remembered for her selfless, charitable acts, that touched many lives.
