Anne Reed's Obituary
Ivy Anne Reed of Celina, TX, passed away at the age of 78. Originally from Denton, TX, she would stay in the North Texas area her whole life. Anne was married for 50 years to James Reed prior to his death in 2012, and spent most of her life as a stay-at-home wife and mom and enjoyed Bible studies, needlework, and cooking. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Douglas & Julie Reed of Mesquite, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Steven & Becky Reed of Celina, TX; granddaughter, Lauren Reed Gryder and her husband William Gryder; granddaughter Audrey Reed; grandsons, Andrew, Hayden, John Ryan, and Matt Reed; and brother and sister-in-law John & Margaret Bradshaw. She was preceded in death by her husband James, as well as her parents, David H. and Ivy Bradshaw, and brothers and sisters-in-law David & Georgia Bradshaw and Louis & Faye Bradshaw. Visitation will be Saturday, July 29, from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 5:00 PM at First Baptist Church Celina. Visitation will also be held Monday, July 31, from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas. Interment will be 9:15 AM Tuesday, August 1, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Grace Bible Church – Missions Fund, 201 E.
