Annette Kuzmiak's Obituary
KUZMIAK, ANNETTE, loving wife and devoted mother, was born June 4, 1945 in Jermyn, Pennsylvania has passed away April 18, 2014 in Plano, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Helen Roshak. Annette is survived by her husband of 48 years, George Kuzmiak; beloved Shih-Tzu, Cosette; daughters, Melissa and Kira; sons-in-law, Bob and Brian; grandchildren, Savannah, Quinn, Tatum, and Tristan, Sean, and Kaia; sister, Ellen Barber; and brother, Michael Roshak. Annette was a precious wife, mother, and Nana. She loved her needlework, making Kolache, cooking Russian food, and most of all, her family and her Facebook family. Her lovely, gracious, and spunky spirit touched and blessed so many lives and will be missed. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Restland Memorial Chapel with interment immediately following the service.
