Ms. Annette L. Shepard, 86, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on Sunday, March 26, 1933, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Thomas Scarpa and Mary Scarpa in Jersey City, NJ. Ms. Annette L. Shepard will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.She married James on April 18, 1953 in Jersey City, NJ. She was the Director of HR for Fenton Swanger Consumer Research for many years.She is survived by daughters Lisa Shepard, Donna Shepard, sons James A. Shepard II, Patrick Shepard, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.She was preceded in death by spouse James Shepard.Ann was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. Beyond that she was a singer with the voice of an Angel, a fantastic Italian cook, a devoted volunteer for many causes, a lover of the ocean and a Polio survivor. Her romance with Jim was a storybook for 59 years before he passed.In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the March Of Dimes or the SPCA.A Memorial Service for Ms. Annette L.
