Antolino Colon Camacho's Obituary
Antolino Colon-Camacho, 74 of Dallas, TX was born August 25, 1948 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico to Antolino Colon Garcia and Carmen Camacho. He passed away on February 28, 2023. He married Marisa Corsino on November 19, 1971 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Antolino will be remembered as a Doctor of MEdicine in Dentistry, who had a life of service. First as an Army Dental OFficer, he served our country for nearly 10 years. Forced into medical retirement due to injury, he then dedicated the next 30 years of his life to servicing our Veterans, as a prosthodontist in the VA and then as Chief of the North Veteran Affairs Dental Medical Centers. His passion for service led him to education. First as an Assistant Clinical Professor, of the Puerto Rico School of Dentistry and lastly as Faculty at the Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX.
Antolino is survived by his wife, Marisa Corsino; daughter, Marisa Ann Colon; son, Antolino J. Colon; daughter-in-law, Aya Colon; grandson, Gabriel Colon; and many students who will all miss him dearly.
