Armandina C. Roberts of Duncanville, Texas passed away on May 4, 2021. She was born on June 11, 1935 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to parents Jose and Aurora Barrientos de Ovalle. Armandina loved ballroom dancing, gardening, sewing, quilting, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband, her first husband, Candelario Castro; son Armando Castro; Mother Aurora Barrientos; father Jose Barrientos; and she was also blessed to have been married a second time to Ralph Roberts from July 10, 2004 until his death.
Armandina is survived by: sons, Juan Castro of Henderson, Texas, Alberto Castro and wife, Becky Stephenson of Gloucester, North Carolina; daughters, Ana Grimm and husband, Rannie Grimm of Des Moines, Iowa, Francisca Castro of Duncanville, Texas; She also leaves her grandchildren, Genevieve Thomas and husband, Gary Thomas of Kearns, Utah, Meagan Castro and Chris Adams of Reno, Nevada, Nicole Garrison of San Diego, California, Gina Castro and husband, Will Harrison of El Centro, California, Joe Castro and wife, Brittany Castro of Havelock, North Carolina, Alex and wife, Lindsey Grimm, Anthony Grimm and Adam Grimm of Des Moines, Iowa, Jahmal Bland of Dallas, Texas, Nichole Bland of Irving, Texas. Great-grandchildren Christina and Zachary Thomas, Preston Gummert, Abigail Adams, Ida Garrison, Natasha Weston, Lotus and Ezrah Castro, Maverick and Marley Castro, and Nathan Spencer
