Arnold Delk Nalls' Obituary
Arnold Delk Nalls was born on March 11, 1922 in Grandfield, Ok to Orbie and Rillie Nina Gardner-Nalls, the second of 14 children. Arnold graduated from Ahpeatone High School 1942 in Devol, Cotton Co., Oklahoma. After graduation he joined the US Navy. He was a veteran of WWII and Korea and was very proud of his service to our country. In 1945 he met and an married Mary Jean Hubbard. They were married for 68 happy years. He was an airplane mechanic and worked for Braniff Airlines and retired from American Airlines. Arnold was a member of the Northway Baptist Church, Dallas, TX. He was a member of James V. Callon #1422 Sweet Home Lodge #576, Arlington, TX and Love Field Lodge #1274 for 65 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jean Hubbard-Nalls on August 03, 2013, Parents, Sisters: Mary Sanders (Clayton), Clara Faye Edwards (Dutch), Nina Ruth Oxford, Catherine Edwards (Joe Will) and brother Nathan Eugene Nalls. Survived by daughter Malinda Nalls & husband Fred Copeland, two grand children, Michael and Michelle; and two great grand children Hurley and Baze. . brothers; John Nalls (Betty), Lowell Nalls (Betty), Royce Nalls (Kathy), Jimmy Nalls (Faye) Russell Nalls (Ruby) and sister Peggy Earls (James). And a host of other family members and friends. Service for Arnold Nalls will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Restland Memorial Chapel with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
