COUCH, ARTHUR LEE born March 9, 1954 in Dallas, TX and passed away December 10, 2006 in Frisco, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Leon “Hap” Couch. He is survived by his daughters, Mandy and Lauren; mother, Joan Oehlschlaeger; grandmother, Candis Couch; and 3 brothers and 1 sister. Service will be held 4:00 pm Friday, December 15, 2006 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
