He was born on April 1, 1933 to Solon Guy Fagan and May Ophelia Black Fagan in Anson, TX.He married Anna Mae Robinson on April 22, 1961 in Oak Cliff, Texas.Arthur was an Organic Chemist for a petroleum company. He was a member of Masonic Organizations. He served in the United States Army from 1954-1956 as a Corporal. Arthur was survived by his daughters, Holly Fagan Birlin, Patricia Anne Fagan White and Abby Susan Fagan, 1 grandchild Winter Rose White.He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years Anna Mae Fagan.The services at this time for Mr. Arthur Wayne Fagan is private and for the family only.
